It is a study of anatomical pathology related with the diagnosis and characterization of kidney related disorder in children and adolescent. The renal pathology research findings are associated with light microscope, immuno-fluorescence to obtain the accurate diagnosis. Uropathology covers the topics like renal carcinomas, toxic tubular necrosis and diabetic glomerulosclerosis in children examined by suitable molecular testing. The importance of pediatric and pathology based research has been on the rise. The first quarter profit of different diagnostic companies has surpassed their revenue that was reached during the whole year in previous decades. This clearly shows that how large today the field of pediatrics pathology is. Moreover, birth related defects have been more than earlier which class for more delicate, accurate and authentic pathology for the infants and children.

Pediatric Pathology Research Importance:

In the recent past NHS England has launched the National Pathology Program: Digital First which calls for improvement of healthcare through the advancement in digital transformation of pathology, how digital creativity and innovation can benefit the pathology field. Over 90% of the clinical pathways depend on the patients’ access to efficient, cost-effective and accurate pathology services. As per market analysis reports presently the micro electro mechanical systems (MEMs) that find and predominant wide use in the field of pathology is experiencing a growth over 20% from 2013 to 2019. This is directly indicative of the growth of the pathology research. Today the pathological testing field has seen great revolutions through advanced research outcomes. The rise of Elizabeth Holmes as a youngest billionaire CEO and flourishing of her company thereon- a popular testing laboratory of California, USA that claimed single platform testing for most laboratory tests, is a clear indication of the value of the pathological science in today’s world.

Although thereon and Elizabeth Holmes are now under the investigational processes about the authenticity of the results, but their “Edison” is definitely going to be a latest innovation in the field of pathology if it conforms to tests of regulatory and licensing bodies. The NIHR CRN in UK funds pathology research of around £2.7 million. This speaks how high value of the research lies in the medical research fields. About 70-80% of the total decisions on healthcare by NHS involve some or the other pathology based tests or investigations. With developments in molecular genetic diagnostics the role is set to increase much more in the coming future.

It gives me the greatest pleasure and an honor to extend to you a warm invitation to attend to join us at the next 11th International Conference on Pediatric Pathology & Diagnosis to be held in London, UK from March 15 – 16, 2017. We are very excited to be hosting this important conference in London. We have developed robust committees: an international program and local organizing.

Building on the success of preceding meetings in Chicago on May 2016, in Manchester on October 2016 and New Orleans on July 2015, the Conference will feature a highly interactive, stimulating and multidisciplinary program.

The organizing committee is planning a fabulous program ranging across pediatric pathology & diagnosis. We will have sessions on perinatal pathology, pediatric molecular pathology, pediatric clinical pathology, pediatric cellular pathology, pediatric head & neck pathology, pediatric pulmonary pathology, pediatric gastrointestinal pathology and interesting networking sessions about pediatric neuropshycology, pediatric neuropathology, pediatric toxicology...  etc.

Our technical program is rich and varied with 3 keynote speeches and invited talks and 2 parallel oral sessions and panel discussions the first day. Besides, there are workshops intereactive sessions, plenary lectures, exhibitors and a keynote forum. We also expect to provide numerous opportunities for informal events.

There will be an inaugural Adress,  group photo, lunch, tea and coffee breaks,  awards &  closing ceremony.

At the end of this International Conference, we hope that attendees feel that they have garnered the most up-to-date information available pediatric pathology and diagnosis. The Conference will strive to offer plenty of networking opportunities, providing you with the opportunity to meet and interact with the leading scientists and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.
