Pediatrics Neuropsychology

Pediatrics Neuropsychology is a sub-specialty within the field of clinical neuropsychology that studies the relationship between brain health and behavior in children. Most pediatric neuropsychologists are involved in teaching, research, supervision, and training of undergraduate and graduate students in the field to create more compatibility with the children. In most developed countries undergraduate and graduate psychology programs generally do not offer a "track" in pediatric neuropsychology, per se. Pediatric neuropsychologists are authorized psychologists. They need special training in both psychotherapeutics and psychology. The special training is used to facilitate and manage youngsters with brain disorders.
